this error actually occurs in windows 7,due to compatibility issue
for solving this problem,
first go to setup folder & choose setup.exe & change the compatibility from property
then go to install folder within setup folder & select & change oui.exe,compatibility like above
Now try installing the Oracle from setup.exe.
This time,it wont show any error.
